Heya!
I just thought that since you’re following me, you might as well know a little bit about me. My name is Lydia. I use “LJarvz” as most of my usernames, so if you wanna find me somewhere else, just search it.
- My birthday is September 2nd.
- I am currently a senior in high school.
- I am female-identifying pansexual.
- The only instrument I can play is flute. I’ve played bass and guitar in the past, but I’ve forgotten how to do both. (Plus I never really got down bass clef. My mind just automatically reads treble.)
- I plan on attending an art school in TN starting the fall of 2012 to major in graphic design.
- Media takes over my life. I am a music, movie, television and book zombie.
- With that, goes genres. As for music I listen to a wide variety of things. Punk and ska are my favorites, but I love all kinds of stuff. Electronic, indie, pop-punk, rockabilly, new age, 60’s, 70’s and alternative are also on heavy rotation in my Zune’s library.
- Movies are a bit different. I like psyological thrillers, indie comedies, forgeign films, visually striking movies, and really old horror films.
- I will admit that I’m a bit of a TV nerd. Shows like Firefly, Weeds, Dexter, Dead Like Me, Arrested Development, Flight of the Conchords, Dollhouse, Ace of Cakes, 30 Rock, The Office, Scrubs and Cupcake Wars never cease to make me smile.
- As far as books go, there are basically two categories: Graphic Novels/Mangas/Comic Books and Transgressive Writing. My favorites are not limited to that, but that’s the basic gist.
- Politically, I am very liberal. And if that’s not enough for you, I also consider myself as full-on feminist. I’m not going to go into specifics, but if you’d like my view on a specific issue, just ask! :)
- It’s complicated.
- My blog usually consists of memes, pictures of strawberries, pandas, pokemon, kickin’ tunes, and my stupidity (with the occasional rant.)
